Who is responsible

The person responsible for this website is named in the legal notice. For any question about your personal data, write to the booking email shown on this website.

What we collect

When you send a booking request, we receive what you type in the form: name, organisation, email, event details and your message. We never ask for more than we need to answer you.

Why

This information is used only to answer your booking request and to discuss the event with you. It is never sold or used for advertising.

How long

Requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.

Who receives it

Requests are stored in a secure database (Supabase) and forwarded by email through a transactional email service (Resend). Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers only process data on our behalf.

Cookies

This website uses a single technical cookie to remember your language. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded videos and players (YouTube, SoundCloud) only load when you choose to play them.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to the booking email. You can also file a complaint with your data protection authority.
